Participants can cancel their registration for the course by sending a registered letter to the AIA (Avenue Louise 146, 1050 Brussels, Belgium) and only until 6 August 2018. In such a case the cancellation fee will amount to 25% of the total amount paid (VAT, if applicable, included). If participation in the course is cancelled after 6 August 2018, the whole paid amount will be retained by AIA.
