Registration deadline

Registration forms can be submitted until 1st July 2013.

Registration is only complete when the applicant is admitted to the course and has fully paid the tuition fee.

The maximum number of participants is 30 persons.

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION UNTIL 15th of APRIL 2013 (10% REDUCTION)

AIA members and former students of the Warwick University or HUBrussel benefit from a single reduction of 500 EUR per person.

Cancellation

Participants can cancel their registration for the course by sending a registered letter to the AIA (Avenue Louise 146, 1050 Brussels, Belgium) and only until the 5th of August 2013. In such case the cancellation fee will amount to 25% of the total amount paid (VAT, if applicable, included). If participation in the course is cancelled after the 5th of August 2013, the whole paid amount will be retained by AIA.
