Registration deadline

Registration forms can be submitted until 5th August 2012.

Registration is only complete when the applicant is admitted to the course and has fully paid the tuition fee.

The maximum number of participants is 20 persons.

AIA members and former students of the Warwick University or HUBrussel benefit from a single reduction of 500 EUR per person.

Cancellation

Participants can cancel their registration by way of a registered letter to the AIA (Avenue Louise 146, 1050 Bruxelles, Belgium) and only until 20th, June 2012. In case of cancellation an administrative fee of 500 EUR applies. Once the limit of 20 students has been reached, subsequent applicants will be placed on a waiting list to receive priority for the next course offering. If they do not wish to wait until the next EMTPJ course they may be reimbursed for the full amount upon request.
