Each participant will be given a feedback form to evaluate each course subject and each individual trainer/lecturer. The evaluation form will be completed on an anonymous basis.

Complaints regarding the course can be addressed to the AIA (Avenue Louise, 146, 1050 Bruxelles Belgium), who will investigate each complaint very carefully.
