Participants can cancel their registration by way of a registered letter to the AIA (Avenue Louise 146, 1050 Bruxelles, Belgium) and only until 20th, June 2011. In case of cancellation an (administrative) fee of 500 EUR applies. After the 20th June 2011, the full fee will be charged.
